Return & Refund Policy – DigitalShops.live
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Returns are applicable only for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item delivered
Note: Products like undergarments, personal care items, or clearance sale products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@digitalshops.live with your Order ID, product image, and issue.
- Our support team will verify and guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will arrange a pickup or reimburse return shipping cost.
- For other cases (e.g., customer changed mind), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days:
- Check with your bank or payment provider first.

6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same item in case of damage or incorrect delivery.
