1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across all states and union territories of India through trusted courier partners.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-metro/remote areas: 4–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 days (optional, additional charges apply)
Note: Delivery time may vary due to weather, holidays, or logistics delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹499: ₹49 shipping fee
- Orders ₹499 and above: Free Standard Shipping
- Express Delivery: ₹99 additional (optional)
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. A tracking ID will be shared once your order is shipped.
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:
- We will attempt re-delivery. ₹49 re-shipping fee may apply.
- If delivery fails again, the order will be returned and a refund will be issued (excluding shipping charges).
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Please share unboxing photos/videos within 24–48 hours for damaged items. If verified, we offer:
- Free replacement, or
- Full refund (based on stock availability)
Lost shipments will be investigated and resolved within 7 business days.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Return shipping is free if the error is ours.
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
